This seminar teaches participants brief (about 10 minutes long) sets of exercises that can be practiced anytime. It includes 2–3 routines (depending on the duration of the seminar), one each to:
- Calm, relax and de-stress
- Energize and revitalize body and mind
- Sharpen concentration and mental clarity, and improve creativity
Routines include easy-to-practice, therapeutic stretches, breathing exercises, and meditation practices—all designed to be done either standing or sitting in a chair, wearing normal office attire. Some exercises can even be done while walking from one room to another. We explain the “how” and “why” of every technique, including modifications to accommodate individual physical limitations.
