This seminar goes far beyond “a nice yoga class for staff.” It teaches participants how to use brief (abut seven minutes long), in-your-office yoga routines that can be practiced anytime. It includes 2–3 routines (depending on the duration of the seminar), one each to:
- Calm, relax and de-stress
- Energize and revitalize body and mind
- Sharpen concentration and mental clarity, and improve creativity
Routines include easy-to-practice, therapeutic stretches and breathing exercises, all designed to be done either standing or sitting in a chair, wearing normal office attire. We explain the “how” and “why” of every technique, including modifications to accommodate individual physical limitations. |
